Long time since I last updated my blog. Some shots to begin with.
Taken a few weeks back after taking the Singapore Flyer, awaiting for 11:45 to come to photograph the NRs and Nite Owls.
SMRT ownage at Marina Centre Terminal...
The weekend was spent taking photographs in the afternoon. Went to Sentosa in search of the King Long, came back empty handed. Wasted my $3 going into Sentosa. Met TS, JY and WJ at Tampines Int at around 6pm. Went to meet uncle Parjo. We boarded his off service bus and went for dinner with him. Just then, a Chinese couple boarded the bus. After a long "chicken and duck talk" did they get off the bus, the chinese couple looked dazed (probably they dint understand english). We had an enjoyable evening and we got driven out back into 'civilization' at around 8pm. Went to buy dinner at Chankat before going home. At the Kopitiam, people were staring at the TV screens, watching the Table Tennis match between Singapore and China. Congrats to Team Singapore winning the Silver medal!
After lunch on Saturday, went to Changi Village to catch 73R on 109. Still wondering if it will do ALL Bedok North services before it is deregistered on 1 Apr 2009. Currently it did 3, 17, 18, 19, 23, 28, 29, 35, 36, 38, 42, 45, 69, 109, 291, 292, 293, 354, 358. Dunno if I missed out any services, seems impossible to do services like 2, 10, 12, 14, 21, 30, 31, 40, 65, 196, 197, 518, 576, 579. It rained until 73R came in and parked in the terminal. When the bus reached Pasir Ris, it rained heavily again all the way till Sengkang. Saw Jason carrying an umbrella and taking pix of it at the centre divider at Sengkang, I will never do that. The sky cleared up when we reached Serangoon.
Took some shots and took 147 and SMRT Link to Dhoby Ghaut to take dee siao siao's bus back to Tampines. Waited until 1542 before he came, behind schedule by 8 mins. He said that 1985C broke down at Moulmein the trip before. Good thing that it dint on his last trip. Met TS at Tampines Int and started to hunt for uncle Parjo's bus. We searched Tampines Grande, Tampines Ave 6 and finally finding him somewhere in the Industrial Park. Chatted with him and he drove us back to Tampines Central at about 8pm.
The week just started, some outstanding tasks to be settled:
1) A Math Test - Tuesday after school
2) Submit entry for Photographic competition - Wednesday
3) Physics Test - Thursday
4) Chem Test - Friday

Some old houses being demolished along River Valley road, exposing the inner walls of the apartments, soon the be gone and replaced by some condo.
The upcoming IR at Sentosa, see how this place will change 2 years from now...
